# Tier Zero

> Free tiers, trials, credits, student and startup programs across data, AI and cloud, normalized side by side: 41 offers from 26 vendors, each with limits, duration, card requirement and official links.

Tier Zero (tierzero.fru.dev) lists each offer with its vendor, product, type (forever free, credits, trial, student, startup program), category, what you get (credits in USD where stated, duration in days, key limits), whether a card is required (or "not stated"), the official sign-up and docs links, the vendor page the numbers came from with a quote, and the date it was last verified. A changes timeline records how offers moved over time, each with a source. The catalog was typed from vendor pages; a weekly check (Thursday 10:00 UTC) re-reads every source page, and when a page's text changes a model extracts the new terms, added to the timeline as unverified until reviewed.
